Creative Space Residency is ever-evolving. Ever-shaped by the hands of those who are here. In other words, we are in the process of “discovering the funkiness” of this space. We did not choose a spotlessly new villa, but one with imperfections, with nooks and crannies, where we could adjust to our needs and sprinkle our own playful taste. As it will be an intentional co-living community, we hope you will feel comfortable to add your own artistic touch throughout your time living here as well.
What’s guaranteed: bright and airy studios for painting and movement, a swimming pool with a view, a comfortable room, a spacious lounge and balcony for sunrise, moon and star gazing; a breezy rooftop and the calming riverside daily view. There are also friendly neighbours, and more to be discovered.

Rooms
Our rooms are bright and airy, featuring either garden view or river view (please note that it comes on a first come, first serve basis, unless you reserve 3 months in advance). Each comes with a Queen-size bed, a working desk and basic furniture. The bathroom is either attached or semi-private. Air condition equipped. Some fixtures, floors and walls may be a bit worn, but rest assured it won’t interfere with your overall enjoyment of this unique riverfront villa.
